10,000 Hours - A Digital Sketch Archive

"It takes 10,000 hours of intensive practice to achieve mastery of complex skills" - Malcom Gladwell

I haven't counted the hours it took, but this digital archive contains over 200 pages of sketches dating as early as 2015. I'm a habitual sketcher and so the majority of my work is in books that rarely ever reach anyone else's eyes. I went through the process of scanning hundreds of pages and curating the ones that, I felt, demonstrated my growth over the last eight years. I hope this inspires anyone working on their own craft to keep chipping away at honing their skills.
